This service is available for ICN customers at no additional charge. Your RTC will assist in the planning, installation, and upgrades needed for connection to the Illinois Century Network. The nine RTC offices have been strategically placed around the state to provide support at the local level. Staff is familiar with the broadband options in your area and will work with you to find the best possible solutions for connecting to the ICN, identify and quote the required hardware, and help facilitate the full process of connecting from the first call to being fully operational. And, of course, will provide ongoing technical support to ensure your ICN service is world class.

• Beginning to end consultation, design, configuration, installation and ongoing support is provided locally with familiar staff
