Special Event Bandwidth

Description

This service is available for ICN customers at no additional charge. The ICN provides additional bandwidth to support special events for current ICN customers. When temporary Internet access is needed for events, meetings, conferences and short-term project, ICN customers receive a one-time, no-cost request for bandwidth.

Service Details

The ICN reserves the right to approve or deny the request. Limit one event not to exceed seven (7) consecutive days per organization per calendar year. Requests for up to 100 Mbps of bandwidth must be submitted in writing 30 days in advance of the event. The request should include a description of the event. Requests are subject to ICN review and bandwidth availability.

Configuration Period: Ten (10) days from service order acceptance.
