IBOP-EC Procurement Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in the IBOP EC project. All procurement opportunities will be posted on the State of Illinois procurement bulletin at www.purchase.state.il.us. Using the “Registration” link on the upper left corner of the website, new vendors can register by following the instructions on http://www.sell2.illinois.gov/.

To date CMS has awarded contracts to Fujitsu for optical equipment and Globetrotters for professional engineering services. Future procurement opportunities may include:

  • Outside Plant Fiber Construction
  • Optical Testing Tools
  • Dark Fiber (leasing exiting fiber)
